Easy Chicken Pot Pie Casserole

This quick and easy recipe uses tender chicken combined with veggies in a creamy sauce and topped with buttery crescent rolls.

Cut the Crescent Rolls

Remove the crescent rolls from the can and cut them into ¼“ circle rounds. Set aside.

Cook the Onions

In a skillet, cook the onions for 3 minutes. Then add flour and whisk for 2 minutes.

Add the Broth

Slowly add the broth and heavy cream, whisking for 2 to 4 minutes,

Add the Seasonings

Add the oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and whisk until blended.

Add the Chicken

Stir in chicken and mixed vegetables and remove from heat.

Add to Dish

Pour mixture into baking dish and cover top with cut crescent rolls.


Bake for 12 to 15 minutes,  until the crescent rolls are golden brown.

Dig In

Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
