EASY DINNER IDEAS
Perfectly crispy, pan-fried chicken is coated in a buttery, lemon and caper filled sauce to create your new favorite family dinner!
You'll only need a few ingredients to make this easy recipe. Let's get started!
Slice chicken breasts lengthwise and use a meat tenderizer to pound them even and flat.
Season both sides of the chicken with garlic salt and pepper, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Cook in frying pan with heated oil and butter, flipping every 3 minutes until cooked through.
Remove chicken from the pan. Scrape out any extra burnt pieces of breading and leave a little of the grease.
Add in the remaining butter and capers, and sauté over low heat for 3 minutes.
Add the lemon juice, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
Pour the capers and sauce over the chicken and serve immediately!
