What Is Crockpot Chili?

Brown the Meat

First, brown the meat on the stovetop.

Add the Peppers

Stir in the peppers, onions, and garlic and cook for about 3 minutes.

Add to Crockpot

Add the beans, broth, seasonings, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef mixture to the Crockpot.

Slow Cook the Chili

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.


Add red chili flakes if you’d like a little kick, and add your favorite toppings like cheese, sour cream, and crunchy Frito chips. Enjoy!
