Set the Instant Pot to simmer, and saute the onion in olive oil.
Add the ground meat, breaking apart and cooking until no longer pink.
Add the garlic and taco seasoning to the pot and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add the red kidney beans, black beans, pinto beans, corn, Rotel, green chilies, and chicken broth.
Stir together to combine, and seal the pressure cooker with the lid. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
Let sit in the Instant Pot for 15 minutes, then add lime juice and dig in!
