EASY DINNER IDEAS
This recipe needs only three main ingredients: pork chops, butter, and fresh thyme/rosemary. This seared boneless pork turns out super moist every time. And, it only requires 30 min of prep!
Time to round up those pork chops, your seasonings, and the butter!
Rinse the pork chops and pat them dry with a paper towel. Next, add your spices to each side of the meat.
Heat the oil in a skillet, and then cook your pork chops until the bottoms turn golden brown. After that, flip them and sear the other sides.
You want to make sure that the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Flip them occasionally so that they cook evenly.
Add butter and thyme to the skillet, spooning them over your meat as they cook down. This will keep your pork extra juicy!
Let them rest for about 5 minutes on a plate, lightly tented with foil, and then serve and enjoy!
