What Makes This Grilled Shrimp So Good?

This easy grilled shrimp recipe is ready in 15 minutes, because you don't have all day to stand with the grill! These juicy shrimp are packed with flavor (from the tangy lemon juice and spicy cajun seasoning) and can be served in tacos, over a salad, or as-is!

Alright, time to get grilling! Start by gathering up your shrimp and seasonings.

Prepare to Grill

Preheat the grill to 400 degrees F and spray the grates with nonstick cooking spray, or rub them with oil. 

Season Your Shrimp

Place your shrimp in a bowl and add the olive oil and seasoning. Toss the shrimp until they're evenly covered. 

Grill the Shrimp

Put the shrimp on the skewers and cook them for 3 minutes. Then, flip the skewers and cook them for another 2-3 minutes.
