EASY DINNER IDEAS
These vegetarian tacos are made with air fried avocado slices, which are creamy on the inside but crispy on the outside! There are lots of fresh veggies, too!
You'll need avocados, panko breadcrumbs, and a couple of other simple ingredients to make these tacos!
Begin by cutting your avocados into thick slices and rubbing the taco seasoning on them.
Take each slice and press them into the panko breadcrumbs on all sides.
Put the avocado slices in the air fryer basket and cook them for 4 minutes. Make sure to do this in batches if you can't fit all of the slices into the basket.
While the avocado slices are cooking, heat up the tortillas and then wrap them to keep them warm.
Place 2-3 slices of avocado in each tortilla, then add your favorite toppings!
Serve your fried avocado tacos with cilantro lime crema or salsa, and enjoy!
