Hearty Crockpot Beef Stew is a must-make weeknight dinner! It takes all of 10 minutes to prep, it uses affordable ingredients, and it's freezer-friendly!
Time to get (slow) cooking! Grab your beef, veggies, and seasonings!
Add your beef and broth to the crockpot, then sprinkle in the seasonings. Toss to make sure the beef is coated.
Hold onto the peas for now, but throw in the carrots and potatoes.
Cook on high for 4-6 hours, or on low for 6-8 hours. Once the beef is tender, add in the peas.
This is optional, but if you'd like a thicker stew, make a cornstarch slurry and stir it into the crockpot.
