In a small bowl mix yogurt, sour cream, honey, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and salt and pepper until smooth. Store in the refrigerator while assembling the salad, or for up to 1 week in an air-tight container.
In a large bowl, toss to combine the broccoli, bacon, cheese, cranberries, red onion, and sunflower seeds.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well coated.
Let the salad rest for a few minutes before serving, or store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before serving.

Storage: This salad will stay fresh while stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. And this is what makes it a great make-ahead side dish for quick dinners or a potluck feast!
