Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Stuffing

Enjoy a home-cooked, comfort style meal, that isn’t hard to prepare with this easy Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Stuffing. Juicy, tender pork chops are cooked long and slow with apples, stuffing and a creamy gravy!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 to 2 pounds boneless pork chops, 4 large pork chops
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 can, 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 ½ cups dry stuffing mix, I used Pepperidge Farm
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • ¾ cup chicken broth

Instructions 

  • Spray slow cooker with non stick spray. Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper, set aside.
  • Cover the bottom of slow cooker with 1/2 of the onion, celery and 1/2 of the apple slices.
  • Lay the pork chops on top of vegetables and cover the chops with remaining onion, celery and apples. Pour cream of mushroom soup over pork chops, spread around into an even layer.
  • In a medium size bowl, add stuffing, butter and broth. Stir until well combined and add stuffing on top of the pork chops.
  • Cook in slow cooker for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
