Air Fryer London Broil

This simple recipe for Air Fryer London Broil uses just 3 ingredients to make a tender, juicy steak in just 20 minutes! No marinade needed!

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ pounds top round London broil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons *steak seasoning, to taste
  • French Onion Mushrooms, optional topping

Instructions 

  • Let the steak come to room temperature. Take meat out of the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before cooking to let it come to room temperature.
  • If your air fryer needs pre-heating, heat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • Rub oil on one side of steak and generously rub steak seasoning on top of the oil. Flip and repeat. 
  • Place meat in the air fryer. Cook at 400°F for 8 minutes. Flip and continue cooking for… Medium Rare - 6 minutes. Medium - 8 minutes. Medium Well - 10 minutes. This is a guideline of time, depending on the thickness of your steak. Use a meat thermometer to verify when your steak is done to your preferred temperature. 
  • Let steak rest on a covered plate for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • *You can use any steak seasoning you like, we personally love McCormicks Montreal Steak Seasoning.
  • Yield. Makes 4-6 servings.
  • To store. Store your leftovers in an airtight container, in the fridge, for up to 4 days.
  • To reheat. Reheat the steak in an air fryer at 400°F for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • To freeze. You can freeze your London broil in an airtight container for up to 2 months. Remember to let it thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating again.
