This simple recipe for Air Fryer London Broil uses just 3 ingredients to make a tender, juicy steak in just 20 minutes! No marinade needed!

- 2 ½ pounds top round London broil
- 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
- 1 - 2 tablespoons *steak seasoning, to taste
- French Onion Mushrooms, optional topping
Let the steak come to room temperature. Take meat out of the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before cooking to let it come to room temperature.
If your air fryer needs pre-heating, heat the air fryer to 400°F.
Rub oil on one side of steak and generously rub steak seasoning on top of the oil. Flip and repeat.
Place meat in the air fryer. Cook at 400°F for 8 minutes. Flip and continue cooking for… Medium Rare - 6 minutes. Medium - 8 minutes. Medium Well - 10 minutes. This is a guideline of time, depending on the thickness of your steak. Use a meat thermometer to verify when your steak is done to your preferred temperature.
Let steak rest on a covered plate for 5 minutes before serving.

- To freeze. You can freeze your London broil in an airtight container for up to 2 months. Remember to let it thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating again.
