Air Fryer Steak Bites with Potatoes

Air Fryer Steak Bites with Potatoes is a one pot meal that is ready in less than 30 minutes. Use whatever cut of steak you like to make these juicy steak bites with crispy potatoes!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound potatoes, cut into quarters
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ½ pounds steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon steak seasoning

Instructions 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • In a medium size bowl add potatoes, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper, and stir until potatoes are covered.
  • Add potatoes to air fryer basket and cook on 400°F for 8-10 minutes.
  • While potatoes are cooking use the same bowl (no need to rinse) and add beef, onions, 1 tablespoon olive oil and steak seasoning, stirring until steak is covered.
  • Add steak and onion to the air fryer basket, just pour right on top of potatoes. Cook on 400°F for 4-6 minutes.

Notes

  • To Store: Once everything has cooled, store your steak and potato cubes in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
  • To Reheat: I like to just pop leftovers in the microwave for 30-45 seconds, but you can also heat them on the stovetop in a pan until warmed through.
  • To Freeze: You can freeze this air fryer steak in an airtight container for about a month. To reheat, defrost in the fridge overnight and then follow the instructions from above.
