Air Fryer Steak Bites with Potatoes
Air Fryer Steak Bites with Potatoes is a one pot meal that is ready in less than 30 minutes. Use whatever cut of steak you like to make these juicy steak bites with crispy potatoes!

Preheat your
air fryer to 400°F.
In a medium size bowl add potatoes, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper, and stir until potatoes are covered.
Add potatoes to air fryer basket and cook on 400°F for 8-10 minutes.
While potatoes are cooking use the same bowl (no need to rinse) and add beef, onions, 1 tablespoon olive oil and steak seasoning, stirring until steak is covered.
Add steak and onion to the air fryer basket, just pour right on top of potatoes. Cook on 400°F for 4-6 minutes.

- To Store: Once everything has cooled, store your steak and potato cubes in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
- To Reheat: I like to just pop leftovers in the microwave for 30-45 seconds, but you can also heat them on the stovetop in a pan until warmed through.
- To Freeze: You can freeze this air fryer steak in an airtight container for about a month. To reheat, defrost in the fridge overnight and then follow the instructions from above.
