Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes are the easiest way to make perfectly cooked sweet potatoes. The outside is crispy and the inside is extra fluffy, just right for adding your favorite toppings.

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- While the air fryer is preheating, rinse and dry the sweet potatoes. Use a fork to a few holes on all sides of the potatoes.
- Place the potatoes into the air fryer basket and cook on 375°F for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. If your potatoes are large, you will need an additional 10 to 15 minutes of cooking time.
- Let the potatoes rest for 5 minutes before serving.
