Crockpot French Market Chicken

Crockpot French Market Chicken is creamy, flavorful, and so easy to make! With a rich, wine-infused sauce, this set-it-and-forget-it recipe tastes like it came from a nice restaurant.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, or thighs
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can golden mushroom soup
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 7.5 oz chive and onion cream cheese
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 (0.7 oz) package dry Italian dressing & seasoning mix

Instructions 

  • Place the chicken in the bottom of a crockpot sprayed with non-stick spray.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, add the golden mushroom soup, butter, and cream cheese. Microwave for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from the microwave and whisk until blended. Whisk in the white wine and Italian seasoning. Pour over the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on low 6 hours or high for 4 hours, until chicken is cooked through. Serve whole or shredded, over your favorite pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
