  • 1 tablespoon accent seasoning (MSG), optional, but adds a ton of flavor
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
