Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, or regular
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions 

  • Mix together all ingredients. Store in an airtight container, out of direct sunlight, for up to 6 months.

Notes

HOT: To add more heat, you can add additional crushed red pepper flakes or add cayenne pepper, to taste.
