Notes

Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container and it will last in the fridge for up to 4 days. You can reheat in the microwave in 30-second increments, or in a 350°F oven until heated through, which should take about 15 minutes.
Prep Ahead: Prepare the lasagna as directed, but instead of baking it, tightly cover the casserole dish and refrigerate it for up to 24 hours. Remove from the fridge 30 to 45 minutes before you want to bake it and remove the covering. Let the casserole warm up to room temperature, then bake as directed.
Different Ravioli: You can use any flavor of fresh ravioli that you want to customize this hearty lasagna. We used mushroom ravioli, but you could use beef, spinach, cheese or even crab ravioli!
Add Heat: A lot of people like their Italian food to have a little kick to it. If you’re one of those people, then simply add a teaspoon of crushed red peppers to the rest of the seasonings.
Cover: The instructions in this ravioli casserole tell you to bake the dish uncovered. However, it’s important to keep an eye on the lasagna, especially if you used frozen ravioli and have to bake it for longer. If you notice the cheese browning too quickly, cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil to keep the top of the ravioli lasagna from burning.
