Cheesy Ranch Parmesan Pasta
Quick, easy, and oh-so-cheesy, this flavorful Ranch Parmesan Pasta is a one-pot side dish recipe made with just 5 ingredients! Ready in 15 minutes, it will quickly become your new favorite for pairing with chicken, fish, or pork.

Cook pasta in a large pot of well-salted boiling water according to the package directions, until al dente. Drain cooked pasta, but do not rinse. Save and set aside ½ cup pasta water to use later, if needed.
Add the pasta back into the same pot. Add the butter and stir until melted. Then stir in the milk.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and parmesan cheese over the pasta and toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If your pasta looks a little dry, stir in a bit of reserved pasta water to loosen up the sauce.
Serve immediately with a little extra parmesan on top!
