Crockpot Cube Steak

Crockpot Cube Steak slow cooks on a bed of sliced onions until it's fall-apart tender! The gravy thickens right in the pot with a ton of rich and savory flavor, perfect for serving with mashed potatoes.

Instructions

  • Grease a 7-quart crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Line the bottom of the crockpot with half of the sliced onions.
  • Lay steak on top of the onions. Season the cube steak with garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Top with the remaining onions.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together soup, gravy, onion soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the onions and steak.
  • Place the lid on the crockpot and cook on low 7 to 8 hours, or high 5 to 6 hours, until steak is fork tender. I prefer to cook cube steak on low so that it comes out tender! Serve immediately with mashed potatoes, pasta, rice, or your favorite vegetables.
