Garlic Butter Spread
This 5-minute garlic butter spread with herby parsley and lots of fresh garlic is the creamy secret to making the best homemade garlic bread.

- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoon olive oil, or avocado oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, or other herbs of choice
- 1 to 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
In a medium size bowl whip the butter with a fork until fluffy.
Add in the olive oil, parsley, minced garlic, and garlic salt. Continue to whip until well combined.
Serve with your favorite bread, sautéed with vegetables, or over your favorite protein.
Fridge: Store it in an airtight container for up to 7 days. While the oil will help it spread even after being refrigerated, it's best if you can let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before using.
Freezer: Transfer it to a freezer bag or container for up to 6 months. Thaw it overnight in the fridge or on the counter for 30 minutes.
